Boxing Class
class is co-ed and is for beginners to advanced levels of conditioning. This class is a mix between boxing training/instruction and cardio/conditioning

this is more of a traditional boxing where a coach will guide one thru the details of the sweet science for those who want to learn properly, spar, compete, or just maximize their workouts
Conditioning Class
class is co-ed and is for beginners to advanced levels of conditioning. This class is a total body workout and focuses on increasing stamina, toning, and weightloss
no gi jiu jitsu
this black belt instructed class is taught around the principals of brazilian jiu jitsu and lays the groundwork for mma style submission grappling
muay thai
this kickboxing class is co-ed but teaches the proper muay thai based techniques of kicking, kneeing, elbowing, & punching. For beginner thru advanced levels
Amateur Boxing
we have both amateur boxing & mma for those who want to train for competition
Youth Training
youth training for boxing, conditioning, jiu-jitsu, and muay thai. Classes will instill discipline, hard work, improve conditioning & strength, and can be used for weight loss & general well being
