BOXING/KICKBOXING CLASSES
These 1 hour and 15 minute training sessions are designed to get you in shape utilizing the fighting techniques and training methods utilized in the sports of boxing and kickboxing.
Classes begins with 10 to 15 min. of warm ups followed by a quick stretch and then 35-45 min. of boxing and kickboxing utilizing the heavy bags, double end bags, uppercut bags, mitts, tai pads, and kick pad to give you the workout that you need.
The class then concludes with intense abdominal, strength, and stabilizing exercises to sculpt your body. |

YOUTH TRAINING
These 1 hour 15 min. training sessions are designed to keep your kids active, disciplined, healthy, and confident. We utilize boxing, kickboxing, mma, wrestling, & submission grappling techniques, principles, and exercises to keep your kid interested and motivated to workout. Classes begin with 15 to 20 minutes of warm up. This generally consists of jump rope which is vital to your kid's coordination.
We will also utilize plyometric drills designed to increase coordination which is very beneficial for your kid's success and improvement in any sports that they may participate in (baseball, basketball, football, track, volleyball, tennis, etc). Stretching will follow the warm up and then 30-40 min of training of one of the specific disciplines will ensue. The training session is then concluded with abdominal, strength, and stabilization exercises. |

MMA PROGRAM
This is where it all comes together. Train on all the aspects and disciplines it takes to be an MMA athlete. You will train in wrestling, jiu-jitsu/submission grappling, boxing, and kickboxing/muay tai. Training session will vary and focus on ground work one day and stand up on another day.
Some sessions will combine both. Whether you want to just train and learn MMA or want to fight, this program will sharpen your skills and make you a better athlete and get you to your goals. |

PERSONAL TRAINING
Core / Stabilization / Body Sculpting - Our trainers utilize resistance bands, Bosu ball, Swiss balls, medicine balls, the foam roll, and your own body weight to shape you to your desired look.
Boxing / Kickboxing / MMA / Sub Grappling - Sharpen your skills in any of these disciplines or simply get a more intensive workout in a one on one format, where the trainer is focused exclusively on you. Trainers utilize mitts, tai pads, the body protector, the boxing ring, medicine balls, the rope, the tire, and the Tatami mats to tailor these training sessions to your need.
Sports / Athletic / Plyometric - These sessions will be tailored to your specific goal whether it is better coordination, speed, explosion, conditioning, stamina, strength to make you a better athlete. We utilize the ladder, medicine balls, the rope, the tie, and agility, quickness, explosion, and strength exercises to get you to the next level. |

TRAINING CAMP
This program is for those who have specific goals and are willing to make sacrifices to achieve them. If your goals are to lose weight, look better, feel better, learn to train and fight like a pro athlete, or just take yourself to the next level or to levels you didn't even know you had, than this is the program for you. We utilize the same training methods a competing fighter would with something extra thrown in. In this program, we will focus on all aspects of boxing, stance, movement, hand speed, power, defense, mental toughness, mental coordination, and conditioning.
The good aspect of training camp is that there will be others in the same predicament as you, and the group as a whole will be treated as a team. That team atmosphere will help motivate you to reach your personal goals. Training camp utilizes the heavy bags, double end bags, speed bags, mitts, controlled sparring, jump rope, medicine balls, the rope, the tire, plyometric exercises, strength exercises, running, sprinting, and a whole host of other activities and exercises to achieve your goals. We also utilize the services of our house registered dietician to assess your nutrition and what you need to live a healthier lifestyle. |
